Célia

As usual it was excellent to work with Célia - she is kind, patient and thoughtful with her lessons and I find it very helpful to practice speaking with her.

I have been working with Celia for quite some time now and I have to say I am very satisfied. She is very easygoing and the lessons are both educative and entertaining. I can only recommend her!

Célia is a wonderful teacher, and one I would unreservedly recommend. I've completed 7 lessons with her to date and in each she has been encouraging, knowledgeable and supportive. She has an excellent understanding of all of the complexities of French, and is very good at clarifying and elucidating them. I came into classes with Célia searching for a professor who could help me with reading old French texts. I have been trying to achieve this through other classes and tutors, but none have risen to the task as well as Célia. Her knowledge of the language, including its historical iterations, evident in her love and comprehension of literature, meant she was able to immediately adapt to my specific language acquisition needs. I've really enjoyed my lessons, and intend to continue. In particular, if you have any wish to learn about French literature or history I think she is an exemplary choice, but even if your needs are more straightforward you would still gain a lot from her tuition.

This was my very first time using Italki, and I'm so glad that I picked Célia as my teacher! We had a nice discussion en français, and she helped me patiently as I stumbled through my broken French. Célia was interested in hearing about my goals and future plans for living in France. She speaks English very well, and she didn't mind when I needed to break into English to ask for guidance. I look forward to booking lessons with her in the future!
