My name is Mara and I am 28 years old. I was born and raised in Italy and since I was young I have always been very keen on foreign languages and the whole process of learning a new language. I know well the struggle of learning a new language but I am here to help you and to make things easier. I believe it is important to make students feel part of the class to make it fun, interesting and never boring.教学经验
🗣 My class' focus is on conversation full of vocabulary terms for the student to learn. The topic will change every time: culture, food, literature, recipes, movies, travels...
🤹🏻 The students will describe pictures, do dictation activities and funny exercises, but mostly talk about their routine, their travels, and more.
At the end of the class I always tell my students my thoughts about their Italian skills based on the conversation we had, and I give them some tips to improve progressively.

We had a very interesting lesson about the use of verbs in all possible tenses. When to use which tense. Stimulating me to find the correct conjugations. Not easy, but important if you want to speak Italian well!

Time flies with Mara! I have had a regular weekly conversation with her since the beginning of January. We have had good, engaging discussions about a plethora of topics. Mara has given me a lot of gentle advice and useful tips for keeping my Italian “on the track”. She has laid foundations for each of our talks by providing me with an interesting and enlightening article about the topic at hand. I am glad to recommend Mara to all fellow Italian learners!

Mara is a great teacher. She does not rely on ready set of exercises, but adapts them to address my particular concerns and difficulties. I higly recommend Mara!
