It's a real story of "from passion to profit" :D I've started as a mentor to foreign students at my university and turned out to be a full-time English instructor at world renown YMCA college in Japan. From years of working in Behaviour Change with people, I know that adding new routines is not easy. Busy life and competing commitments make it difficult to stick to a routine. While I am encouraging and supportive, my best advice for a beginner is to lower your expectations when learning. Less is more at the very beginning while you are building a routine.
