I work in the canteen. A man came here this morning. As soon as it was his turn at the checkout, he said, "I'll pay for the coffee of the girl behind me. He asked me just say, " good afternoon!" to the woman. When he left, the girl was surprised by his behavior. Without thinking much, she wanted to do the same thing to the person standing after her. こんにちは～！マルハバ！サウジの日本語の先生、佳子です＾＾
みなさんー！お元気ですか？私は元気ですよ～！
今日は「1日で好きな時間」について話します。

私が1日で好きな時間はふたつあります。一つ目は、朝食の時間。
私は朝食を毎日食べる派です。そしてコーヒーが大好き。コーヒーがないと私の一日は始まりません。家に豆を挽いてコーヒーを作れる機械があるので、毎日新鮮なコーヒーを楽しめるんですよね～。朝食は、ピーナッツバターやチーズ、あとは中東では一般的なLabnaというヨーグルトとクリームチーズの中間的なものをパンに塗って食べることが多いです。サウジに来てから毎朝パンを食べるようになりました。シンプルなパンがとても安いです！あとはりんごも食べます。朝、挽きたてのコーヒーを飲みながら美味しい朝食を食べる時間は最高です。
二つ目は夜寝る前の時間。息子と本を読んでから、ベッドで今日の出来事や明日したいことについて話すリラックスした時間・・・。朝食後から夕食までは時々忙しいし、少しストレスが溜まることもあるけど、この夜のルーティンの時間はかわいい息子と体をくっつけて触れ合える貴重な時間。その日嫌なことがあってもこの時間に忘れることも多いです。

15: Ich nehme das Schnitzel | I take the cutlet

”自習”も”独学”と同じ意味を持っていますが、ほとんどの日本人にとって”自習”は学校で先生がいない時に自分で勉強する時間、という意味で使っています。

Technically "じしゅう” and "どくがく” are the same, but most Japanese will use どくがく for self-study.

例）
・今日は先生がいないので9時から10時まで自習してください。
・私の学校はいつも金曜日の9時から10時まで自習の時間がある。


独学は誰からも習わないで自分で学ぶ、という意味です。
・私は独学でギターを練習していた。
・英語を独学で勉強するのはちょっとむずかしいよ。先生にならったほうがいい。

子どもが学習するために、親は良い環境（かんきょう）をつくってあげなければいけない。
