意味は、〜という時間がたってそれ以来、というような意味ですね。

・この前話してから、3か月ぶりですね！

・5年ぶりに日本に行きます。

・10年ぶりにもう一度日本語を勉強しはじめました。

・何年かぶりに親友に会いました。

・2週間ぶりにランニングして気持ちよかったです。


こんな感じです。

日常会話でもこういった会話は多いですよね。
