Cliente: Buongiorno. Sì, vorrei spedire questa lettera, per favore.

Impiegata: Certamente. Devo pesarla prima di calcolare il costo della spedizione.

Cliente: Certo, prego.

[Impiegata pesa la lettera]

Impiegata: La lettera pesa 50 grammi. Ora verificherò le opzioni di spedizione. Quanto è urgente?

Cliente: Non è molto urgente, ma mi piacerebbe che arrivasse al più presto possibile.

Impiegata: Va bene. Abbiamo due opzioni: la spedizione Posta4 che richiede circa 4-6 giorni lavorativi, o la spedizione Posta1 Pro che impiega 1-3 giorni lavorativi e che include la tracciatura. La spedizione Posta4 costa €2.80, mentre la Posta1 Pro è €4. Quale preferisce?

Cliente: Opterò per la Posta1 Pro, grazie.

Impiegata: Perfetto. Ora devo compilare il modulo di spedizione. Mi fornisce l'indirizzo completo del destinatario, per favore?

The Museum of Innocence (Turkish: Masumiyet Müzesi) is a novel by Orhan Pamuk, Nobel-laureate Turkish novelist published on August 29, 2008. The book, set in Istanbul between 1975 and 1984, is an account of the love story between the wealthy businessman Kemal and a poorer distant relative of his, Füsun. Pamuk said he used YouTube to research Turkish music and film while preparing the novel
