”班味‌“是指上班族在工作后表现出的一种疲惫、憔悴的状态。具体表现为：‌
①从外貌来看‌：班味体现在不化妆或很少化妆，眼神疲惫、面容憔悴‌；穿着随意，衣着宽松，缺乏正式或精致的装扮‌；体型也可能会发生变化，如变胖、变瘦等状态。
②从行为来看‌：下班后仍然保持工作的状态，查看工作邮件、回复工作消息，没精力参加自己感兴趣的活动，和朋友家人聚会时也打开电脑工作，‌甚至在梦中处都谈论工作。‌
③从‌心理和情绪看‌：班味还体现在心理和情绪上的疲惫，,如因为工作压力失眠、对周边的朋友家人失去耐心，对生活失去热情，对未来的生活没有信心等。

【En】"班味" (flavor of working) refers to a state of exhaustion and haggardness displayed by office workers after work. Specific manifestations include:
①In terms of appearance: "班味" manifests in not wearing makeup or wearing very little makeup, with tired eyes and a haggard face; dressing casually in loose clothing, lacking formal or elaborate attire; and potential changes in body shape, such as gaining or losing weight.
②In terms of behavior: After work, one remains in a working state, checking work emails, responding to work messages, lacking energy to participate in activities of interest, and even opening a laptop to work during gatherings with friends and family. Some may even talk about work in their dreams.
In terms of psychology and emotions: "班味" also manifests in psychological and emotional exhaustion, such as frequent insomnia due to work pressure, losing patience with friends and family, losing enthusiasm for life, and lacking confidence in future life.

4月にサウジアラビアから帰国したということで、しばらくサウジアラビアに関するエピソードをお話します。今日はサウジアラビアで食べた衝撃的なご馳走についてです。料理や食事に関するフレーズを学べます。

こんにちは、皆さん。お元気ですか？佳子です！今日のテーマは「2年ぶりのサウジアラビアへ～ご馳走～」です。前回もお伝えしましたが、4月にサウジアラビアから帰国したので、しばらくはサウジアラビアに関するエピソードをお届けしたいと思います。今日のフレーズは「断然」です。意味を知らない人はどういう意味か想像しながら聞いてみてくださいね。

前回はサウジアラビアの空港に着いたところで終わりましたね。サウジアラビアに着いた翌日、木曜日の夜に家族みんなで夫の妹の就職祝いと私たちを歓迎する会が行われました。両親、お兄さん家族4人、お姉さん家族3人、弟、妹、私たち3人の計14人が集まりました。こういう家でのお祝いの席は年に数回あるのですが、いつも決まってズィビーハという羊肉が乗ったご飯の料理が出ます。直訳すると「犠牲にされた」という意味になります。中東でよく食べられるお祝いの料理です。大きなお皿にたくさんのご飯と骨付きのカットされた羊肉が豪華に盛り付けられています。以前、2回ほど食べたことがありますが、レストランでテイクアウトしたものでした。今回は違いました。なんと、羊1頭丸々、庭で焼いていたのです。屠殺されて皮がはがれた羊をレストランのスタッフが4-5時間地道に焼いていました。焼けたあとは棒付きのままダイニングテーブルに運ばれました。さすがにお肉の味も断然ジューシーで美味しかったです。ご飯にも肉汁が染み込み、言葉にならない美味しさでした。焼く前の羊の写真をこのスクリプトを書く前に夫に送ってもらったのですが、かなりショッキングな画像でしたね。焼けたあとの画像を日本の友人や両親に送ったら「なんやこれー！！？」て驚かれましたが、焼く前はもっと衝撃的だと思います。
今回、屠殺、つまり動物を殺すのは家に着くまでに行われましたが、家で屠殺して処理する家庭もあるそうです。家で行うとなると、後処理がとんでもなく大変になるので、今ではかなり珍しいみたいですが、日本人の感覚からすると考えられないですね。
日本では動物を食用で殺す際、気絶させてから失血させるノッキング法が取られていますが、イスラムでは生きている状態で喉を切ります。屠殺後は「イスミッラー」（神に誓って）と唱えます。
ちなみに皆さんもご存じだと思いますが、イスラム教徒は豚肉を食べませんし、サウジアラビアでは、一切豚肉や豚肉が入った食品は売られていません。肉といえば、羊肉、牛肉、鶏肉、そしてたまにラクダ肉。サウジのお母さんが作ってくれる夕食は鶏肉、羊肉、牛肉の順で多かったです。日本では豚肉が鶏肉に次いで安く、調理もしやすいのでよく使われていますね。羊肉料理は日本だとジンギスカンとよばれる焼肉が北海道で有名です。
こんな話をしていたら羊肉料理が恋しくなってきました。皆さんもズィビーハ食べてみたいですか？今日のフレーズは「断然」でしたね。一番よくつかわれる意味は「ずばぬけて。なみはずれて。」と「きっぱりと心に決めるさま」です。英語だとby farやdefinitelyです。「このアニメのほうが断然おもしろい。」や「私は断然、朝パン派だよ。」という使い方になります。日常会話でよく使われるので、機会があれば使ってみてくださいね。

EL CAÑÓN DEL PERGIS CHIHUAHUA, MÉXICO.

Cañón del Pegüis Chihuahua, es uno de los cañones emblemáticos de la zona desértica del estado, una espectacular barranca y una zona desconocida para muchos escaladores. Cuenta con paredes de caliza de hasta 200 mts de altura, algunas de ellas teniendo base en el río Conchos, otras con repisas para su ascenso. El lugar aparte de contar con paredes enormes para ruta, cuenta también con una gran extensión de boulders a lo largo de todo el cañón. Se tiene que tomar una canoa, para poder escalar en ellos. También se permite practicar rafting de un mediano a un alto nivel de dificultad. En el lugar existe un mirador sobre la carretera, donde podrás observar una gran sección de los paredones que conforman el cañón, los cuales llegan a medir hasta 300 metros de alto.

 La mejor temporada para el Cañón del Pegüis es entre Abril hasta Octubre.
- No se recomienda ir en verano por el calor intenso y los mosquitos.
