‘‘Run‘‘ stands for the routine, well-defined processes. 

‘‘Change‘‘ — for expanding to the unknown, innovative or experimental. 

Runners and Changers are different people. 

A common mistake in companies is to combine Running and Changing in the same person. 

For example, Runner managers are good administrators. They are good at building processes within the department and making sure that daily tasks get done.

Changer managers are visionaries and strategists who aren’t strong in the day-to-day operations. They implement new projects and ideas.

Listen to the podcast as it will help you to udnerstand you at a deeper level and can create a meaning for you in the years to come!

In this episode we are going to learn 【Listening to music】in Chinese.

As a beginner, there're some vocabularies that you didn't learn before, and native speaker's speed seems too fast to understand. But don't worry, let's do it step by step. 
Step 1: listen and catch the words you know already, have a guess about the content.
Step 2: look at the text to check if you guessed it right. 
Step 3: listen one more time, repeat after it.
Step 4: practice until you can speak as the normal speed without looking at the text.

我喜欢听流行音乐。
wǒ xǐ huān tīng liú xíng yīn yuè 。
I like to listen to pop music.
我一般用手机听。
wǒ yì bān yòng shǒu jī tīng 。
I usually listen to it on my phone.
我喜欢坐地铁和做家务的时候听音乐，很放松。
wǒ xǐ huān zuò dì tiě hé zuò jiā wù de shí hòu tīng yīn yuè ， hěn fàng sōng 。
I like to listen to music while taking the subway and doing housework, it's very relaxing.
我最喜欢的歌手是周杰伦。
wǒ zuì xǐ huān de gē shǒu shì zhōu jié lún 。
My favorite singer is Jay Chou.
去KTV的时候我经常唱他的歌。
qù KTV de shí hòu wǒ jīng cháng chàng tā de gē 。
I often sing his songs when I go to karaoke.
最近他出了新专辑。
zuì jìn tā chū le xīn zhuān jí 。
Recently he has released a new album.
他的新歌我觉得很好听，旋律很动听，歌词也很美。

His new songs I think are very good, the melody is very beautiful, the lyrics are also very beautiful.
