Practice common interview questions and prepare insightful questions for the interviewer.  Remember, you're interviewing them too!

Bonus Tip: Many leadership roles require strong public speaking skills. Take a class or join a Toastmasters club to hone your ability to articulate your vision and captivate an audience.
