「私の朝ごはん」
みなさんは毎日朝ごはんを食べますか。私は毎日食べます。でも、ときどき朝いそがしい時は、おそい時間に食べます。
私は朝ごはんによくパンを食べます。チーズトーストが好きです。でも和食(わしょく)も食べます。ごはん、みそしる、なっとうです。みなさんはなっとう好きですか？私は大好きです。なっとうは健康(けんこう)にいいですよ。
それから、朝ごはんの後(あと)に、必ず(かならず)コーヒーを飲みます。私はブラックコーヒーが苦手(にがて)なので、いつも砂糖(さとう)とミルクを入れます。コーヒーがないと、１日が始まりません！

Макулатура – это старые документы, книги, короче говоря, любая бумага, которая подходит для переработки.
