It was a Thai TV series, Gentleman Thief Series 2 (Maturot Lohgan). It is about twins that got raised separately. One is a loyal soldier and the other one is a bandit. The bandit kidnaps a bratty princess to be his wife. Although he is a bandit, he takes good care of her instead of forcing her to live such a pitty life. They become loved each other but love doesn't come easy between them. He silently deals with police major to escape from the bandit leader and arrest the stupid bandits. In conclusion, it is a romantic action series. I highly recommend it to watch.
