An infantile paralysis was carrying a pack basket and selling the tissue on street. One bag of tissue dropped from his pack basket because he staggered. It is difficult for him to collect it . A pupil saw this scene and offered to help him pick it up . Then this pupil run towards the group of his classmates and they discussed something. The truth is that they didn’t laugh at that paralysis together instead they talked about whether they should buy some tissues from that paralysis. Yes they did . How lovely and kind they are . They are so pure and full of sympathies

PARALYSIS is the condition of being paralyzed, not the person suffering from the condition. Nice story! PACK or BASKET; not PACK BASKET. Try to use the same tense throughout.
