Today, I woke up early again. Really early! I can self reflect when I rise up early. In such "me time", I can replenish my mind with meditation and books. I hope I won't oversleep or sleep in tomorrow. Today is our Independence Day.
"Really early" is not a sentence, but by giving it an exclamation mark, it becomes one anyway.
You "rise" up. You raise (lift) something else up.
"I can reflect myself" doesn't make sense. A mirror can reflect you, but you can't reflect yourself. In addition to "I can self reflect", you can say "I can engage in self reflection".
"me time" is bad grammar but by putting it in quotes it becomes OK. The quotes say "I know this is wrong, but I'm saying it anyway".
Don't "oversleep" and "sleep in" mean the same thing?
