Apps are overrated in terms of what they can do for you.

A real speaking partner is much more effective.

There are many on this site.

Also, there are many great Persian movies.
Check out "The Color of Paradise", "Children of Heaven", "A Moment of Innocence", and "A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night."
