I did not have a huge passion for Yoga around 1-2 years ago, but now my opinion has changed. In the past, I was sure that yoga was a special religious practice and people with other religions, Orthodox, for example, should not do it.
Today, I think it is just a good mix of physical exercise, breathing techniques and mindfulness. And, of course, anyone can practice it to keep calm and stay fit, which are the most important benefits of Yoga.
