Can you suggest any resources that I can use to practice my reading skills? I took a look at the resources suggested in the discussions but I haven't found any Hebrew stories with vowels.
I would very much appreciate it if you are willing to email me any pdf's of Hebrew stories with vowels that you might have.

This is a website I found a while ago, they have children's books in a number of languages, including Hebrew. I've only looked at a few but the ones I looked at had vowels:
