is "please help me". (tasukete onegaishimasu) ? tasukete kuremasuka?

hi everyone ! i dont mean that kind of help for saving life ! i mean simple helps like someone help me to learn japanese ! minasan konnbanha! dareka yasashii hito ga watashi no jinnsei wo tasukete hoshii tte wake janaikedo! tada tannni dareka nihongo no gakusyuu wo tasukete kureru hito wo sagashite masu!

this is the notebook part: kore ga boku no nu-to desu
i love to learn japanese (nihongo wa wakarimasuwa aishteiru !) nihongo no benkyou wo aishitemasu
but i my IQ is very low ! (demo IQ wa osoi desu !) demo IQ ha hikui desu
so i started to learn by my self with some internet websites and etc... (dakara shitoride wakarimasu hajimete from websites ^.^) dakara hitori de webusaito(inta-netto) wo tukatte narai hajimemashita
after 3 or 4 years now i can read and write most of hiragana and katakana (imawa hiragana to katakana wa shitteimasu) san yo nen tatta ima hiragana to katakana wo yondari kakeruyou ni narimashita
but i cant continue like this for ever ! (demo gambare wa damedesu ! )  demo zutto kono kanji ha iya desu
so im looking for someone who can really talk with me and help me to get better ! (ano hitono sagashite irun desu) dakara tyanto watashi to syabette kurete yokunaru you ni tasukete kureru hito wo sagashite imasu
you can read my situation from my lines... korede boku no koto wo wakatte kureru to omoi masu
its disaster ! taihen dayo!
