Where are my glasses? - I don't know. I've not seen them. [You could also say "I have not/haven't seen them" which means the exact same thing.]
I'm looking for Sarah. Where has she gone?
I know that woman, but I've forgotten her name. ["I've forgotten" or "I forgot."]
Sue is having a party tonight. She has invited a lot of people.
What are you going to do? Have you decided?
Does Bill know about the meeting tomorrow? - I don't think so. I haven't told him.

Excellent work! Not a single mistake that I can see. Americans will normally make the contraction of "I have have not seen them." differently, so the sentence becomes "I haven't seen them.", but what you have written is equally correct. Great job.
