Today in launch i decided to make a Kofta " Egyptian Kofta"
with my special touch

# Ingredients
đFirst i get Half a kilo of camel ground meat it tasty and cheaper than beef meet to be honest đ
đ 1 Onion
đ 1 Botao
( Its my trick some people using â rice or breadcrumbs to make it firmed)
đ 1 egg
đ camel hump fat instead of oil its light and it taste us so good.
đ Tomato sauce.
đ Salt pepper and paprika.
Preparation
đ©âđł Mix all ingredients well
đ©âđł But them in fridge about 15 minutes min.
đ©âđł Then, take a handful of the meat mixture and mold it as you want you can figure it as balls or as fingers
đłheat the grill using hump fat instead of oil
đłPlace your kofta and grill it for about 5 minutes for each side.
âšïž Then place it in tomato sauce to boil together.
You can serve it with rice or mach botato or spaghetti đ
