These are Arabic words which find their way into Persian language after the Islamic evasion. I am not expert in Arabic language, however if you want to learn these kind of words better, then you need to learn some Arabic grammar. In Arabic language words are formed by applying 3 or 4 letters into a pattern. Lets call the first letter F the secod letter A' and the third letter L. These are some examples: Mo(F)a(A')(A')a(L) --> Moaaddab, Mozakkar Mota(F)a(A')e(L) --> Motanazer, Motaradef ** An Arabic speaking person can complete the list, I am not sure if the above are 100 correct. As there are a variety of patterns beginning with 'Mo', so there are a lot of such words in Persian. However a small percentage of these words are original Persian words which happen to be started with mo. For example among the list suggested above only 4 words are not Arabic. I wrote this just to point out learning some Arabic grammar would help learning and understanding lots of Persian words.

hi. you know that many Persian word imported from Arabic. approximately all arabic verbs (فعل) have 3 letter, like: حفظ. قرب. شفق. کلم. ضرب. .... and according Arabic grammer, verb used to make many words. for instance: from حفظ we can make many family word: حفاظت، محافظت، حافظ، محفوظ، ... you can see that each 3 letter of any verb are came in new words. for instance: (محافظت ---م.ح..ا.ف.ظ.ت) that حفظ word letters are came into. you can substitute many 3 letters verbs with حفظ in mentioned word and make new word.like محافظت، مکاتبت، مراقبت، مناسبت.... as you see we have 1 style that verb can be shaped like that. this style named: مفاعلت (verb=فعل) and you can substitute any verb in this style. ________ arabic language have many style that begin with mo like: moftael مفاعل mofaelat مفاعلات mofaelan مفاعلان mofel مفعل mofaeel مفعّل moftael مفتعل mofil مفیل mofaele مفاعله matafaeel متفعّل and so on. (it must be mentioned that Arabic language have many other style that don't begin with mo so that didn't come here. any 3 letter verbs can be used to make many word with this style. you cane see that many words are commented by other users subordinate from upper mentioned style. and this words imported to Persian language hope to be useful.
