差不多 vs 左右
Is there any difference between the two?
It feels like the following sentences are translated the same in English (I'll be there in about half an hour):
差不多半个钟头就到
半个钟头左右就到

when you use “差不多” or “左右” to express something is uncertain, the sentence structures are different.
1）差不多 + uncertain numbers : 他差不多五岁/差不多10点开始吃饭。
2）uncertain numbers + 左右 : 他五岁左右/10点左右开始吃饭。

yes, just put zuoyou after the time, but put chabuduo before the time. The meaning is similar.

差不多 also can use as an adverb go with a verb, like:
我差不多学习了200个生词。

差不多, 差and不多 both Actually means less than. 差不多半个钟头Refers to close to but Less than half an hour.
左右，means About. More or less than half an hour.
