“份”相对于“件”，含义更为抽象，“件”更像是用来表示单纯的计量（更实体化），而”份“更侧重的是不可计量（虽然这样听起来可能有点矛盾——to count the uncountable,计量不可计量的，但文字本身又何尝不是如此，人用文字来表达不可表达的）。 至少在我的理解，”份“被用来表示更抽象的，比如”一份心意“，”两份薄礼“。 这两个字，在我看来，本质上是不同的。
