1) "I need to see all the things Nigel(an employee) pulled for Gwyneth's second cover try".... What does "pull" mean?
I am not completely sure what they are talking about, but it could be clothes. Gwyneth was photographed for a cover a few times wearing different outfits. All the things that Nigel 'pulled' were the pieces of clothing that were taken of the clothes rack, to make a complete outfit.
2) I heard the expression "She looks like she is working the stage at Golden Nugget"... What does "work the stage" mean?
'work the stage' is a bit of slang. Do you know the expression 'work it, girl!'? Work your booty?
It is like: Use your body as a tool and make it 'work' for you.
the same can be said of the stage: Use the stage as a tool, and make it 'work' for you.
"work the phones" (yes, it means 'answer the phone' but in a way that really 'works'),
"work the BOOTH" (sounds slutty to me ;->)
"work ON a checkout" - A checkout is the cash register in a supermarket or something like that. You really work ON it, or AT it. This is really literally about doing work.
