"欣赏“ "to admire", "享受“ "to enjoy". The problem is that "enjoy" and "admire" can be interchangeable. eg "I admire/enjoy the scenery. However, "I admired your beauty" and "I enjoyed your beauty" have different intentions!

It would be good to have a native speaker confirm this, but a further difference between them is that you can use 享受 in the sense of enjoying rights (享受权利) If you said 欣赏权利, I think it would be the right to enjoy oneself (as in the right to enjoy an experience, appreciate scenery etc.). But yeah I think that kinda goes along what the others are saying. 享受权利 in this case you are getting (受)something (rights) and enjoying getting it. In English as well you can only really enjoy rights, if you yourself aren't getting the benefit. It's odd to say 'I enjoy the native American's rights' if you're not benefiting. Where as  欣赏 you're not necessarily getting anything, you're admiring it, so if a charity benefited poor people, but you didn't get any benefit yourself maybe you could 欣赏 their work. But am not a native speaker so get someone to check!

During translating using tools, particularly Chinese to English, one often get twin translation results. For instance is your case. Let one worries down, when one encounters with such circumstances, then the first thing one has got to do is : To break them words into pieces. This way, one will find the real differences between them two words. Making ones own interpretation is not always a bad idea because it always won't get too far as long as one is using the correct dictionary. We know both words contain "enjoy"meaning, thus only pick that relates to "enjoy". 享受 = to enjoy. Or It means it relates to enjoying something. 享 = (v)to enjoy 受 = (v)to receive 欣赏 = to enjoy, but also to appreciate, and also to admire. Means that when you use 欣赏 in a sentence, then At the same time, the 欣赏 interpretation must match those three meanings. 欣 = (adj)gladly 赏 = (v)to view So, do you see the difference now?

享受 means "enjoy(something physical and you usually need to be served by someone. Such as a massage or any kind of service )". 欣赏 means "to admire(someone, or someone's decision)", "to appreciate(someone, or someone's decision)" or "to enjoy(usually something visual and artistic. Such as a painting, a drawing etc.)"
