Yes, I think all the great leaders were born with the leadership's characteristics. You can also have a degree in leadership, but I don't think you can aquire the sense of sympathy for your people, which is the main sign of a good leader.

Hello Saddam - Nice expressions. I would make three small corrections. The word leadership does not need to be possessive. Instead of saying "a degree in leadership", I'd say a degree in "political science." Instead of using the word "sympathy", I'd use the more positive word "empathy." While sympathy involves a feeling of concern, it can be linked with feeling pity and not necessarily helping. Empathy, on the other hand, involves actively sharing in the person's perspective enought to know how to help them.
