COLA WARS -BUSINESS ENGLISH LESSON A walk down memory lane………….. In one of my Business English lessons,with one of my advanced level students, we used a case study of the “COLA WARS” to complete our discussions around the subject of “COMPETITION IN BUSINESS” . Other than discussions around vocabulary and constructions we also took time to express each of our experiences around the beautiful marketing campaigns and strategies over years. My student reminded me of the once viral and iconic “Share a coke “ campaign. Brought back memories. Coca Cola really went ‘All out’ on this campaign. My student shared some photos they kept from this campaign and the creativity that went with it. PS: Learned a little Russian 😊 The words on th 3 bottles are translated :Andrey is a great football player (or cool football player) 😁 Do you remember the campaign? What was your experience?
