Volunteer Position Dear Aran, I saw your advertisement seeking volunteers. I'm very interested in applying for this position. Are you still accepting volunteers? I'm motivated by my eagerness to share my experience in cooking and mindful shopping. I believe that cooking and making wise shopping choices are essential, especially since both my grandma and my father have diabetes and high blood pressure. I'm working for an international school which serves Spanish-Greek-style / mediterranean cuisine in our canteen and I also enjoy cooking Spanish-Greek-style cuisine because it's healthy, such as Greek Spinach rice or tzatzikis. I create new recipes with local Asian ingredients when some ingredients are difficult to find. For example, if I don't have onions for Spanakorizo, I would use scallions instead. I am passionate about volunteering; I cooked at a retreat center in Spain with my mother.
