Today, I played tennis in the late afternoon. I’m not good at playing tennis but I was able to enjoy it. To exercise is not only exciting but also healthy. I think it’s essential part of ours health. Also, we can communicate with many people by taking exercise. I want to keep exercising.

In the last bit, I suggested "it up" instead of "exercising" just to keep from repeating the same word again. As for "I was able to enjoy it", your sentence is correct. I just don't think it meant exactly what you wanted to say. Or perhaps it's just not the most idiomatic way to say it. So I suggested an alternative. Cheers.
