After many years working in the corporate world of banking in Germany as well as medical aid administration in South Africa I decided to hang up my managerial hat and try something different. I did a sailing course and crossed the Atlantic numerous times, learning about different cultures along the way. I also worked as an assistant Sports Coach in canoeing for a few years! Now I am cruising the Bahamas with my husband and have been working online since 2021, teaching English to business professionals worldwide.我的教學經歷
I have a TEFL-certificate of 168 hours & a 40-hours exam preparation certificate. My teaching experience is based on many years of sports coaching in canoeing as well as 3.5 years of online teaching. I am open, friendly, patient and well-organized. I take my profession seriously and love seeing my students develop and improve!我的課程內容與教學風格
I believe the most effective way to feel comfortable and confident with learning English as a second language, is to enjoy having conversations with a teacher who guides students in lessons that are fun and interesting. Therefore when teaching, I use a lot of TPR to spice things up!我的教材

Very good lessons, I can only recommend them. Since Gesine speaks German and English perfectly, she was able to alleviate much of my fear of speaking. She also places importance on creating educational and varied lessons. Furthermore, she is focused and it is important to her that you actually learn something. Thanks again for everything. :)
