Hi there! My name is Sam. I'm a 24-year-old digital marketer, creative communicator and continuing cultural explorer. I'm natively English, and grew up in the South-West of England, near Bristol. When I was 18-years-old, I decided to leave the UK and go study abroad. I've been on-the-go ever since. I've lived, studied and worked in several countries including The Netherlands, Slovakia, and Spain, and for now I'm back in England. My biggest passions in life are writing/recording music, food, film, travel, and meeting new people from foreign cultures :)我的教學經歷
The last few years living, studying, and working abroad have taught me a lot about how to communicate, interact, and adapt. I am well-versed in engaging with non-native English speakers and know how to accommodate my language and approach for their benefit. Meeting so many people from different corners of the world has helped me to understand that each of us has a story to tell, and that story provides a set of lenses through which we see the world. As a teacher, I try to listen to that story, understand the student, and use it to help connect with them on a level that resonates. Mostly informal and conversational in nature, my lessons aim to help students sharpen their English speaking and feel comfortable using the language freely and without restrictions. I believe talking openly is one of the most effective and enjoyable ways of learning a language, and that's what I want to offer to any and every student who chooses me as their tutor. My teaching style can be adapted toward your needs. Do you simply want a native speaker to chat to about different topics? Are you somebody who needs learning materials? Whatever your learning style, I'm here to listen, conversate, guide, and take your English speaking to the next level!我的教材
