Hello! My name is Simge🌷. I am from Turkey, and I have a clear Istanbul accent. Reading books, traveling, and getting to know different cultures are my hobbies. I also love animals; I have a cute cat named Venus. 🪐
I have been teaching Turkish to foreigners for four years and have a certificate from Istanbul University.My passion for learning about different cultures is one of my main motivations for teaching Turkish.我的教學經歷
I provide a warm and friendly environment in my classes so that my students feel comfortable. I support them by answering all their questions, not only during the lesson but also afterward. In the lessons, we develop grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills according to the level of my students. We read and discuss articles together and do interactive games and activities to make learning more enjoyable. I choose my course materials and resources according to the needs of my students and prepare a personalized study program for each student. I try to speak Turkish as much as possible in the lessons, but I also explain in English when necessary. I support the lessons with homework to make learning more effective.我的教材

I took 10 lessons with Simge and I saw a noticeable difference in my Turkish during those classes. I really enjoyed how she let me learn how to speak naturally about my day to day life instead of focusing on memorizing a bunch of words I may never use. I found this learning style to be the most helpful for my time in Turkiye. I would definitely book more lessons with her in the future. Thank you for everything Simge!
