Hi, my name is Max. I was born in Santiago, Chile but moved to Edmonton, Canada at the age of five. I have lived in Canada since then, but am currently in Lima, Peru. I enjoy traveling around the world and learning about and interacting with different cultures. I've been to over 27 countries in North and South America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia.
I enjoy playing and watching ice hockey, soccer, martial arts, reading and photography.
To relax I like to listen to and play music, and go for walks. I also love to ride my motorcycle when I'm in Vancouver.我的教學經歷
I speak English and Spanish. My accent is North American/Canadian. I am very patient with students and a good listener. I speak slowly and clearly so that my students can understand me if they're beginners. I enjoy teaching and find it very rewarding when I see students learning new things and growing as English speakers.

My teaching style is relaxed yet thorough, which means my classes are enjoyable, but also very educational. I specialize in teaching intermediate and advanced students. Some of the tools I use in my classes are videos, images and reading material.我的教材

120 Hour TESOL/TEFL Certificate - World TESOL Academy - 2021Had to study and pass exams on 7 modules, including a final exam of 65 questions, where I got 62 correct (95%). This certificate allows me to teach english as a second language, both online and in person.
