Hi, my name is Guillermo. I have been an ESL teacher for the last 7 years. I have a bachelor's in education and have acquired several certifications related to education, such as ESL professional skills and a Master TEFL certification for 150 hours. I am adept in learning style assessments and Individualized Lesson Plans for students of all ages. I Am very punctual, creative, and reliable, which helps to keep the students engaged. I have lots of patience and I always treat students with respect and a friendly attitude.
I worked as an ESL Teacher at Synergy public School in Phoenix, Arizona and at Fluency ABC from this experience, gained a lot of valuable insight and knowledge into a successf我的教學經歷

My approach to teaching involves TPR, triple p methods along with props and online tools to provide a fun and dynamic learning experience for my students. My communication skills will make a positive contribution to your needs. I believe that teaching online will be very easy when you have fun So I make my classes exciting and interactive.
