I am Gary Koutsoubis, an experienced and certified English language instructor with a decade of experience in helping students reach their language goals. My CELTA certification and MBA provide me with the necessary qualifications to guide my students through exam preparation for tests such as IELTS, PTE, FCE, BEC and TOEFL. I also work with business professionals to enhance their English proficiency for their careers. My aim is to empower my students to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

In my lessons, I strive to understand each student's unique learning style and motivation for improving their English. I believe that feedback and error correction are essential to the learning process, and I make it a priority to provide both during our interactions. I aim to identify and fill gaps in students' knowledge by providing clear explanations and relevant examples. Additionally, I am flexible and adaptable to my student's preferences when it comes to the level of formality in the class. My goal is to create a personalized and effective learning experience that aligns with each student's individual needs.

It's been close to a year since I started taking lessons with Gary and please believe me when I say it's one of the best moments of my week. I learn a lot in every lesson and I feel that my pronunciation is getting really good. It's a long way to get an american accent, but with a teacher like Gary, the trip is a pleasure, and results do come.
