My name is Tinatin. I was born and grew up in Tbilisi, Georgia. I studied fashion design and my biggest passion is art. My interests include art(drawing, painting, digital and fashion illustration), literature, yoga and spirituality, gardening, traveling, and learning foreign languages. I've been teaching on itallki since 2022. Georgian is my native language but I also speak English, Russian, and a bit of Italian. My wish is to be able to talk to the language of the place that I'm visiting while traveling. I really enjoy being in nature, especially in the mountains and one of my biggest desires is not to be tied to one place or a city so that I can travel the world.

Tinatin helped me with listening comprehension by reading a text aloud then breaking it up into smaller chunks. She followed by asking me questions about the text. This occupied the lesson time well.

Tinatin has been delving into some fascinating parts of Georgian grammar. This time, she described and gave examples of intentional vs unintentional verbs. These unique aspects of Georgian keep me coming back, and Tinatin keeps me interested. I also love the conversations we have every lesson.

კართული ენა ძალიან ლამაზია, მაგრამ რთულია… ამჟამად! 🙏🏻

A great lesson! We carried out a great conversation. Tinatin spoke slowly enough for me to gather much of her words, and she wrote down new vocabulary--and refreshed my memory on old vocabulary. Towards the end, we ran across an interesting grammar point (Georgian is full of them!). We both got excited about that--very fun :)
