Hello everyone, i am Felicia Novita Tan. People usually call me Felice.
I am an Indonesian, born in Bandung and currently based in Bandung, West Java Indonesia.
I had a career in Hotel Industry, my last position was as a Director of Human Resources in one of the international hotel chain from Europe. In 2020, after my mom passed, i decided to continue what she had been working on until now, and most importantly, after i lost my mom, i had an enlightement and realized that nothing is more important than our loved ones. And so, i let go of my career to be able to not lose my precious moments with my only daughter :)
So now, i enjoy being a mom, and do part time jobs.我的教學經歷
Being in hotel industry and love travelling, i really enjoy meeting new people. I like to understand different cultures, learn different languanges, and most of all, have friends in different parts of the world.
Being in Human Resources for >11 years, as a Certified Trainer, i was in charge of trainings for all level of staffs, from trainees to senior managers. I would be confident enough to say that i can adjust to the audience, in order for me to transfer my knowledge to them, which i believe, is the most important part of teaching.我的課程內容與教學風格
Languange is a skill, and so, what is a languange if you don't use them?
Having those said, my lessons would directly be more focusing on you being able to use Bahasa Indonesia (read, listen, speak, write)
So i will be using articles, stories, books, songs, movies as my teaching materials. Not only that we will learn better when we enjoy the process, but it is also that you will directly understand Bahasa Indonesia, along with the context. So, let's have fun :)印尼語課程
