During the past five years, I’ve worked as a full-time English teacher, paying my way through college and making many life-time friendships along the way. I’ve helped students score highly on the SAT, write application letters that got them scholarships and acceptance into their dream schools, pass the Cambridge English exam, and succeed in their English-speaking goals.
Specifically, my specialty lies in College Board preparation. I scored a 1530 on the SAT, and I’ve developed a proven strategy to help my students score highly. I’ve also scored a 4’s and 5’s on AP Language & Composition, AP Literature, AP Psych, AP Calc, AP Micro, AP US Gov, and AP US Hist.我的教學經歷
As a language teacher, my role is to guide you with the right tools, methods, and strategies to achieve your goals. I’ve taught students of all ages and backgrounds across various humanities subjects, including English, history, psychology, and ESL. My teaching approach is student-centered, focusing on making complex ideas more accessible through clear explanations, engaging discussions, and practical examples. Learning a new language can feel overwhelming at times, which is why I focus on making my lessons clear, engaging, and practical. My goal is to break down difficult concepts in a way that makes learning easier and more enjoyable. Whether you want to improve your speaking, writing, or overall confidence, I’ll tailor each lesson to fit your needs.
