My name is Cris. I completed a degree in BS Psychology. I work as a Registered Guidance Counselor for 16 years and a part-time teacher for 5 years in a prestigious University here in the Philippines. Through those experiences, I learned to interact with diverse group of people which has increased my ability to interact with others. My hobbies are dancing, cooking, taking care of my pet dogs, and travelling. I am also an active volunteer of outreach programs. I have a friendly personality and enjoy interacting with others. I am a hard worker and I always put extra effort to achieve my goals.我的教學經歷
I am passionate about my work and I handle my students well regardless of their age, background, and knowledge. I am responsible in preparing my lessons and educating students in all levels. I make sure that I teach my subjects with engaging lesson plans. I bring out the best from my students and teach them valuable life skills too. It has been a joy for me to teach students in the same way that sparked my love for learning.我的課程內容與教學風格
I would describe my teaching style as coaching and mentoring. My strategy is built on collaboration, support, and guidance between my students and me. I put a greater emphasis on empowering my students, bringing out the best in them, and assisting them to achieve their full potential. I believe that coaching and mentoring could improve student engagement.我的教材
