Hi! I’m Kane, a nurse by profession and a Tagalog tutor with years of teaching experience since the pandemic. My background in healthcare has taught me patience and care, qualities that I bring into my teaching. I have a passion for nature, simple arts, fitness, and exploring different cultures, which often inspire the way I approach life and learning. As someone who values meaningful connections, I enjoy helping others grow, whether through language or shared interests. As a teacher, I bring kindness, passion, and a strong sense of organization to my virtual classroom. My students often say they appreciate how prepared I am for each lesson, which helps create a clear and enjoyable learning experience. I am approachable and always respect my students' requests, making it easy for them to share their thoughts. I provide helpful feedback to support their improvement and create personalized plans to meet their unique needs. I focus on a student-centered style that makes lessons engaging and interactive. I use knowledge checks and assignments to enhance understanding and adapt the lesson pace for comfort.
