¡Recomiendo a Manuela sin dudarlo! Como estudiante de español, mis metas principales eran mejorar mi pronunciación, ampliar mi vocabulario del día a día y, sobre todo, poder mantener una conversación con más fluidez y naturalidad. Manuela ha sido fundamental en mi progreso. Lo que más valoro de ella es que es una profesora que de verdad se preocupa por sus estudiantes. Es muy paciente y persistente; no te deja pasar los errores, pero siempre te corrige de una manera muy amable y constructiva. Se nota que su objetivo es ayudarte a mejorar de verdad. Si buscas perfeccionar tu español conversacional, especialmente con el vocabulario y las estructuras que se usan comúnmente en Medellín y Antioquia (tanto en contextos formales como informales), ella es la persona indicada. Gracias a Manuela, ahora me siento mucho más seguro para hablar y he aprendido expresiones que me ayudan a sonar menos como un extranjero. ¡Totalmente recomendada!

I have 2 sons (6 and 4) who have been taking classes with Manuela for the past 3-4 months. I will just share what I sent Manuela directly the day after Thanksgiving: thank you for providing us with this detailed report of the boys’ progress. we have a holiday (yesterday) in the US called thanksgiving where we think about all the things we are thankful for. I have to say that it has been incredible to find you as a Spanish teacher for the boys and we are very thankful for the time and energy and thoughtfulness you put into teaching them. we were very worried that A____ and A_____ would forget their Spanish after we moved them to an all English school in September. but it is incredible to see that BOTH of their Spanish has improved greatly!

We are extremely pleased with Manuela's teaching of our daughter, Emily. We were looking to keep up her Spanish after living for a year in Barcelona, and Manuela is a very patient and kind teacher that Emily likes very much. She is extremely professional, always on time, and tries to customize the lesson to incorporate things that interest Emily. She is a a great teacher and we couldn't be happier with her.

Manuela is a very nice person and a great teacher. She is always prepared, has a plan of actions suitable for a level of a student. Our kiddo really likes interacting and studying with her.

Manuela is a favorite teacher of my daughter. She is super friendly, kind and knowledgeable. She knows how to make a class interested and fascinated. I see a progress in a learning path. Highly recommend!
