My name is Marlie, I’ve been living in Turkey for the past two years and it’s really expanded my knowledge and understanding of the world and appreciation for different cultures. I have travelled extensively around the world, learning and enjoying different cultures. I have been a volunteer teacher for many years and I’ve specifically been teaching online for over a year now. I have a 99% approval rating on another teaching platform. I have my TEFL certificate. I’ve discovered that teaching has become a passion for me. I am good at motivating people and building confidence in their own abilities. I love to see the progress people make in their English learning journey, and I’m sensitive to their needs and desires that motivate them to take on this, at times, challenging language. Conversational English: In this class, I offer many opportunities for you to speak, and I will listen carefully to the patterns of your speech and correct your English to build up your confidence so you can speak freely to anyone anywhere.
Reading Practice: Together we can read articles that suit your level, learn new vocabulary and focus on improving pronunciation and intonation.
