I have 8 years of experience as an elementary school teacher. I also sometimes teach Japanese to friends of various nationalities that I met through studying English. I use this experience to teach in an easy-to-understand and fun way.
Finding someone with whom you feel comfortable speaking and asking questions in Japanese without hesitation is the shortcut to improving your language skills. I will be your comfortable conversation partner. Please relax and speak a lot of Japanese in my class

It's always a great lesson with Miki-san! Since I've returned to work, I've had limited time to study. Miki-san is super patient and helpful. She helped me review what we've worked on since it's been about a month since we last met. I plan on having a consistent routine to continue studying Japanese with Miki-san's encouragement and help! She understands my busy schedule and does not rush through our lessons. Her patience and care to ensuring the student is grasping the concepts is what makes Miki-san a great teacher. Thank you again for another great lesson!!
