I have been teaching Japanese since 2023.
Before becoming a teacher, I was a software engineer in Tokyo for two years.
Before that, I taught math, English, and science to junior high and high school students at a cram school for 4 years.
私(わたし)は2023年(ねん)から日本語教師(にほんごきょうし)をしています。
講師(こうし)になる前(まえ)は2年間(ねんかん)東京(とうきょう)でソフトウェアエンジニアをしていました。
その前(まえ)は塾(じゅく)で中学生(ちゅうがくせい)と高校生(こうこうせい)に数学(すうがく)、英語(えいご)、理科(りか)を4年間(ねんかん)教(おし)えていました。

I offer the following two types of classes↓
1. conversation practice class
2. grammar study classes using textbooks for beginners
1. In the Conversation Practice Course, you will have a basic conversation in Japanese only to improve your conversational skills and check your current Japanese level. I'll adjust the speed and difficulty.
Let's enjoy talking about daily events, hobbies, and anything else! We can also read Japanese news articles and discuss.
2. In the grammar course, I will use a textbook called "Genki" and work through the textbook with you while giving you homework assignments. If you already have another textbook, please let us know in advance.我的教材

Yusukes lession are always filled with fun topic, and i also feel like i could talk about anything. I really appricate that he takes the time to write difficult words that come up during our freetalks and helps me phrase certain things better. Thanks for the fun lesson as always!^^

It was nice to have articles to talk about as talking points but also be able to go off and have free discussion sometimes related to the articles and sometimes not related. Yusuke-san is very easy to talk to and its nice to have a comfortable environment to do conversation practice!
