My lessons are fun and flexible, tailored to each student’s level and goals. I focus on practical Korean expressions for everyday use and create a comfortable space where students can freely ask questions. Through active feedback, I help students learn without fear of mistakes.
We’ll discuss topics like:
• Korean holidays (e.g., Seollal, Chuseok)
• World travel
• Cultural differences
• Korean pop culture (e.g., dramas, K-pop)

The lesson with Gihyeon was so much fun. He is a funny and easygoing person. He explained to me which level would suit me. We introduced ourselves, and Gihyeon offered to chat a little bit about a topic of my choice. This helped to "break the ice" as I was very nervous in the beginning.
I am looking forward to starting my "Korean Journey" with his help :) Thank you Gihyeon :)

I really had fun today! He really spent time correcting my pronunciation on 격음(double consonants). Really working on my aspiration, tongue placement and lip movements. I felt such an improvement after the thorough lesson! Have some homework to do and off to my next class! <3

We went through more vocabulary. Getting through double consonants and rules. He corrected my pronunciation and accent. Walks me through spelling and makes sure I understand before moving to the next lesson
