Hi. I am Chris and I’m a qualified and experienced teacher of English as a foreign language and a native speaker of British English. I have taken more than 4000 lessons on italki and have many regular students.
I am very patient and passionate about the English language. My relaxed lesson style will boost your confidence, make you feel less nervous and enable you to improve your English skills by helping you sound more natural.我的教學經歷
My lessons will help you achieve your goal of being fluent, reaching profiency level, reducing your accent, sounding more natural and improving your vocabulary through stimulating conversation on a wide range of topics. Exam technique is as important as ability when taking IELTS or Cambridge exams, I can help you raise your score.
My lesson style is relaxed and informal, I will help you feel more confident and less nervous when speaking. I allow students to speak as much as possible but I also listen very attentively for grammar and pronunciation errors and will help you to reduce mistakes through clear explanation and example sentences.我的課程內容與教學風格
I am flexible about the content of the lessons and try to structure them according to YOUR needs. I will initially assess your level, and focus on reducing weaknesses so that you can see a clear improvement in your level and self confidence.
Technique is vital to pass standard exams like IELTS and Cambridge. We will practise technique together and I will give feedback on your answers and offer suggestions on attaining a higher test score.

My CAE preparation classes with Chris are perfect. He is able to identify my strengths and weaknesses, to focus on preparing more intensely what I need to improve. He knows the exam very well and always gives me practical ideas for each part, such as appropriate vocabulary according to the level of formality and useful phrases.
