My name is Imelda, and I am from Mexico. But, nowadays I am living in the United States.
I have been here for about 2 years, which has helped me to improve my English skills and at the same time to grow as a person.我的教學經歷
I studied Psychology and I am about to finish my second degree in Preschool Education. In this way, the experience that I have working as a teacher started when I was in Mexico. But, when I came to the United States, in my exchange program, I worked as a nanny and one of my jobs was to teach the family, but mainly the kids Spanish.
I need to say that I believe the language comes with all the culture that involves it. So, I love to share a lot of this that distinguish my Mexican culture, so people can understand and at the same time appreciate the rich of the culture.我的課程內容與教學風格
I believe that people have different ways to learn according to their interests and tastes. So, I would like to offer a personalized class to every student, and adapt all the classes to their needs.
Also, I love to create an environment where the students can feel the confidence to practice what they learned without being judged. Because especially learning a new language, if you do not try, you are not going to be able to know if you can do it, until you do it.我的教材
