Hello, I’m Alix, an English teacher from the UK with a Cambridge CELTA, a UK bachelor’s degree, and an IELTS teaching certificate. I have over 8 years of teaching experience, specialising in Business English, IELTS preparation, and advanced communication skills for professionals. Outside of teaching, my passions are travel, business, and health. I’ve taught and lived in different countries (China, Italy, Japan) so I know how challenging learning a new language can be. That’s why I love creating lessons that help you feel confident, comfortable, and ready to use English in the real world!我的教學經歷
I specialize in Business English, IELTS, and advanced communication skills, helping professionals and students. In my lessons, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to speak, ask questions, and practice. I focus on making our sessions relaxed and engaging, so you can meet your goals and improve your skills in a way that is fun and effective. I don't just follow a textbook, I design each lesson to suit your needs and personality. We'll use real-life materials like videos and podcasts to keep things interesting and relevant. My lessons are all about you: your goals, interests, and learning style. Whether you want to sound more natural in conversations, prepare for an exam such as IELTS, or improve your business English for work, I’ll tailor each lesson to fit your needs. We’ll use real-life topics, interactive activities, and engaging discussions to build your confidence step by step. Most importantly, I’ll support you every step of the way so that improving your English feels easy, not stressful!
