I graduated as a high school mathematics teacher, though I have worked as a software developer for 17 years. I always had a lot of other interests, for example playing the piano, doing yoga, and healthy food. I have studied Italian at the University of Amsterdam and I have lived 1 year in Italy. I have taught Italian and programming languages. Since 3 years, I live in Norway with my husband and kids (3 and 8 years old). Therefore I am also learning Norwegian. I am very involved and like to think about what the student needs, how I can provide him/her with books/videos/music/grammar/text files etc to fulfill the students learning needs, also looking for more unique ways to learn, for example by making a rhyme or a song with the words the student wants to learn. I am passionate about learning languages and I like to listen carefully to the student: what does he/she wants to learn and how does he/she wants learn? I will make a study plan according to the students wishes.我的課程內容與教學風格
I want my students to feel at ease, to feel free to speak Dutch and make mistakes. I will encourage them as much as possible to really speak Dutch themselves. To me, but also in other situations with Dutch people. If you actively use a language by speaking, you will get the most value out of the language you learn.
I will provide my students with different types of materials so that they can immerse themselves in the language. My lessons consist of different parts: in each lesson we will practice speaking, we will have a grammar part and a part where we discuss a book, video or music. The student can also provide input himself. After the lesson I send a summary of the lesson.我的教材
