Hi I'm Ryota.
I was born in Japan and grew up in Osaka then move to Tokyo when I graduated university.
Recently I have changed my career to be a Japanese teacher from working at Japanese company as a sales & marketing for 10 years.
I used to live in Netherlands ,Singapore and Malaysia and met many people interested in Japan. That is the reason why I became a Japanese teacher !!我的教學經歷
I'm certified Japanese teacher and I have been teaching Japanese since 2009 on italki. I always enjoy teaching and seeing my students improve their Japanese.
I am a teacher but I have been studying English and Spanish so I fully understand the difficulty to learn other languages.
As I have lived in Tokyo for about 10 years I speak standard Japanese other than Kansai dialect ( 関西弁）.
I also speak English and Spanish other than Japanese.
So don't worry if you have trouble understanding Japanese I can also explain in English as well.我的課程內容與教學風格
★ Lesson concept ★
- Our goal is not just to increase your grammar knowledge or sentence patterns. We focus on actual communication in "real-life" situations. - if you have preferred book please let me know.
★ What you learn ★
- Through the lesson you can learn new vocabulary, expressions, grammar points and also Japanese culture and customs.
★ Offline support★
- Reading and writing assignments can be provided based on students requests.

Ryota-san does a good job in explaining subjects in an easy to digest manner. They also elaborate more on book topics (Genki Vol 1) to better contextualize the structure of the vocabulary and grammar that haven't been mentioned in the book yet.
