My name is Zoila García. I was born in Guatemala, the fourth of eight children. I like to walk, read, cook and to get to know new cultures. I speak a good amount of English. I have a bachelor's degree in Law and Social Sciences and was the first woman in my village to graduate from university.我的教學經歷
I worked in a Spanish language school for twelve years before starting to work for Italki. I understand very well the problems students have learning a new language.我的課程內容與教學風格
I focus on real-life applications of Spanish. I can help you with grammar, homework, vocabulary, conversation, writing practice and anything else you might need. My schedule is open and flexible. I have experience teaching all levels of Spanish from beginners to intermediates to advanced students.

Speaking in Spanish is very hard for me! I listen and read well, but when I speak the words just leave my mind! However, Zoila made me very comfortable and I found it a lot easier to speak to her...and not awkward at all when I couldn't think of a word or made a mistake.

We had some technical difficulties at first (issues with sound and receiving messages in the chat) but we had a good first class! I asked to work on talking in the past and we did a lot of different activities for it!
